Living for the weekend has its place. It's good to have things to look forward to isn't it. What might it be like to capture something of the flavour of Friday and 'try it out for size' on Monday? Some of us smile more on Fridays as we anticipate enjoyable things - time with friends, family, time for hobbies, 'me' time etc. Did you know smiling affects our chemical composition and that of those around us. We have to work hard at not smiling back - even if we only return a polite half-smile. And smiling changes our chemical composition - for the better. I challenge you to see how many people can't resist your smile this week! And if you feel you've nothing to smile about - experiment, pretend, you might surprise yourself!</p>
